It is with much regret that we have to advise that our chef Simon Mcquiggan tendered his resignation recently and has now left the club. This decision was driven by family circumstances and a desire to change his career direction.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank Simon for all his loyalty given to the club during the time he was with us and to wish him every success in his new venture.

It is the intention of the club to look for a replacement for Simon as soon as possible and George Walker and Victor Bowie will be considering potential applicants shortly
