Important diary dates
There are a number of important dates coming up in the diary.
The Pro-Am takes place on Thursday June 17th. The cost £200 for a team of three amateurs and one Professional. If you would like to put a team in for this, but don't have a Professional, then Frazer can supply one for you.
Last year we tried a new format for Invitation Day which went down well – so well in fact that it was oversubscribed! In response to that, this year there are two Invitation days at the Club. The first, on Saturday June 26th, will follow the successful format from last year with coffee and bacon sandwiches from 8.00am and a 2 ball Texas Scramble with a shotgun start at 9.30am. There will be a lunch of soup and sandwiches followed by an 18 hole betterball medal with a 1.00pm shotgun start. The cost has been held at £27.00 per pair payable when signing up. The sheet is now up for this in the Pro-Shop. If you are intending to bring a friend/colleague/relative to the Invitation Day, then get your name down quickly as there are limited numbers due to the shotgun start format.
The second Invitation Day is on Sunday September 12th and will follow the traditional format of an 18 hole betterball medal running with a normal starting sheet and meal after the round.
